| Finally after several failed attempts, I have found a restaurant in CT that not only does good pho for me, but also has a good vegetarian selection for Kara. Last time we were there she had the vegetarian pad thai noodles, which she particularly liked. It's just too bad their meatless pho is made with chicken broth.
Tthough it has a very unusual name for a Vietnamese restaurant, let me assure you that it is authentic. The food is excellent and the service is very quick. Our meals have always come out to us hot and fresh.
One extra bonus about this restaurant is the price. It is very competitive, definitely a place to try.
Kara remarked that there are only two downsides to this restaurant. 1) We can't read Vietnamese, so we can't read the specials board and 2) it isn't closer to Manchester! |
