| After searching long and hard for a good Pho restaurant, our search was finally over. Pho Express from the outside does not look like much, just another store front in a strip mall. But once inside, you will find yourself greeted warmly.
This restaurant is not only very reasonably priced, the Pho is also out of this world. It is the best Pho I have ever had in any restaurant. Pho Express has a great selection and even have a vegetarian Pho, something that is missing from a great deal of Pho restaurants I have been to.
For appetizers, there are several choices. My favorite is the spring roll which is crispy and has a very fresh filling of pork and bean sprouts, amongst other things. My wife's favorite is the summer roll which has a filling of shrimp, rice noodles, mint and lettuce.
This restaurant was a regular haunt of ours due to its low prices and great food. Even now that we have moved many states away, whenever we go back we try to stop in there for at least one meal.
