| This restaurant was a great let down. My wife was looking forward to going to this restaurant and we went to try it because of the glowing reviews from many sources including the Hartford Courant. All I can say is I don't agree.
We arrived at 6pm on a Friday night. Not a late time to eat. We were surprised to find that the food was stone cold. Not just cool but the food was stone cold as if it had been left out for several hours.
Even taking into consideration that the restaurant is buffet style, this was not in any way acceptable. Even though the food's flavor was good, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-decorated, the fact that the food was unheated put me off completely.
